Gas Protection

Under 100% protection of argon gas and oxyhydrogen gas, the inner and outer sides of stainless steel pipes and fittings are welded by automatic argon arc welding. During the process, the chromium and nickel on the surface of stainless steel will not be damaged, which can effectively remove the presence of annealing color and retain the original substance and corrosion resistance.

Bright Annealing

After 100% of welding forming, the stainless steel fittings are passing bright annealing at the temperature of 1050 ℃ in the mixed gas of hydrogen and nitrogen. Doing this can effectively improve the corrosion resistance of the products and is one of the key measures to prevent the corrosion.

Pickling and Passivation

After 100% pickling and passivation on both inner and outer surface.There would be a thin, dense, and hard film that is vital to prevent the corrosion. At present, we could process 100 thousand tons of stainless steel pipes and fittings annually through this method.
